The Subscriber's PII: Subscriber agrees that he is voluntarily providing ANSALDO STS with PII, including, but not necessarily limited to, name, job, and/or email address, so that ANSALDO STS may provide Services to Subscriber. Subscriber consents to ANSALDO STS's use of Subscriber's PII in any manner necessary to provide services to Subscriber, including, but not limited to troubleshooting service problems, contacting the Subscriber, and any other use listed in ANSALDO STS's Privacy Notice. Subscriber's PII will be managed on behalf of ANSALDO STS by Digital Magics S.r.l. - Via Orobia 3, 20139 Milano (MI). 3. Use of Information: Subscriber agrees that Subscriber is solely responsible for Subscriber's conduct and use of any PII and other information associated with any ANSALDO STS Service, including Subscriber's conduct in creating, storing, transmitting, disseminating, accessing, receiving or using any such information. 4. Misuse: in accordance with art. 7, D.
